Formulation:  0.2 µm filtered in phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. Endotoxin level is <0.1 EU/µg of the protein (<0.01 ng/µg of the protein) as determined by the LAL test.
Preparation:  The LEAF™ (Low Endotoxin, Azide-Free) antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.
Concentration:  1.0 mg/ml
Storage & Handling:  The CD3 antibody solution should be stored undiluted between 2°C and 8°C. This LEAF™ solution contains no preservative; handle under aseptic conditions.

附加的報告應用程序（有關格式）包括：丙酮固定的冰凍sections4,6,7和福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋的sections11，immunoprecipitation1，活化了T cells2,3,5，和西blotting9免疫組織化學染色。葉™純化抗體（內毒素<0.1歐/微克，疊氮化物，無0.2微米過濾）被推薦用于功能分析（目錄300414號）。對于高度敏感的分析，我們建議超LEAF™純化抗體（貨號300438），具有較低的內毒素限值比標準LEAF™純化抗體（內毒素<0.01 EU /微克）。

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes stained with LEAF™ purified UCHT1 and then detected with anti-mouse IgGs FITC

Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with CFSE on day 0, and then stimulated with (filled histogram) or without (open histogram) immobilized LEAF™ Purified CD3 (clone UCHT1) and LEAF™ purified CD28 (clone CD28.2) for 3 days. On day 4, cells were harvested and stained with CD4 Brilliant Violet 711™. Dot plot (above) was analyzed on live cells. Histogram data (below) was analyzed by gating on CD4 positive cells (above).
